[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Forcing to pay wrong bill and harassing over the phone

I have been facing connection and network problem with Idea services from past 6 months. Idea cellular services with blackberry is so bad that it doesn't provide connectivity and services efficiently.when the things went worse i told the customer care of idea to stop bb services on my number and also wave off the bb monthly Charges from 20-Oct[protected]Nov-2011 & 20-Nov[protected]Dec-2011 bill as their was connectivity issue all the time . The agent told me that she will look into this. I asked to send me revised bill and i will make the payment. no communication from their end till Jan end . Recently my family and friends started receiving fake call stating that i met with accident, i m admitted in hospital etc. I called the number and spoke to the person who called, his name was Rahul from Idea and he was asked to do such calls as permitted by IDEA. He used Abusive language and was threatening me to make payment. I explained him the complete issue and asked to send me the bill so that i can tell him to amount Idea suppose to wave off. The next day he called and made me speak to his bill collection manager. The manager told me that he will look into this and get back.
on 13th Feb2012 i received a call saying that " i m calling from safdurjang Police station and their is a case filed against you for forgery by Idea, u have to come to teeshazaari court ". I called him again so found that it was not from police station, it was again a fake and threat call from Idea.

I would like to file a complaint against IDEA Cellular services for mentally torcher, female harassment , and loss i incurred on my business due to their ineffective and bad services

Idea Cellular — False commitment & mental torcher

Sir/Ma'am,
I have taken a new connection on 6th May 09. The sim number was[protected]. The plan explained to me was- NEPAL CALL at Rs.2.00 per Minute. Rest 275 monthly rent & Rs. 84 extra for the ISD services to make the call from 9.19 to 2.00. Specifically I asked for the SAARC countries & specifially for NEPAL only. This was the commitment & the sim will get activated in 24 Hrs. But the next day the guy came for collection of data & form fill up. he asked for Rs. 500 & photographs & documents. he gave me the plan sheet where in through phone one of their executive named Mr. Gaurav explined me the same plan but again change in plan from 2.00 for ISD to nepal to 2.40. Now everything was finalised & I made the payment. My verification was over. But till 12th of May the phone was not activated. Again during these days I tried to contact the person concerned through the numbers in the receipt but all in vain. Either the phone was switched off or was disconnected. people who picked the phone addressed rudely using slang languages. under such conditions what was the mentel pressure for me cannot be explained. By profession I am from Marketing background. I have floted the numbers among all the customers with the commitments of those people. people kept on calling me in this number but all in vain. I suffered a loss of more than 2 lacs as my order was cancelled. Now under such situation I called the Nodal office. even they don't picked the phone. Then I mailed the Nodal Office. someone responded & took 3 days to update & activate the issue. During these days I tried & some time the phone was connected but the people from the Live wire from where I took the sim tried to play with me. Everyone who picked the phone told me that they are the TL. But non resolved the problem rather told be when you have purchased the same you have to take this connection & anything can't be done to resolve the same.

Now under such senario the phone got activated from the Nodal office. But the plan for ISD was not there. When I called the Live Wire people they straight away denied that they have explained the plan to me. Now again the sales person called me and asked for forgiveness. But still others like the one Gaurav, Kiran, anil no one had any sort of regret to what they have done. they told me that when the plan was explained we did explaed you everything for a small mistake we cannot do any thing you have to satisfy with this.

But why??????? Why should I satisfy with this. If I could do anything is to complain. But none is listening to me. Even the Nodal officer inspite of calling & mailing several times does not have the courtsy to call me back to resolve the problem. Now I want to sue them. I want them to pay for all the time that I spent on 12th of May for discussing the same among with them. The whole day was wasted. I could not do any thing. who will pay for the time loss on this particular day.
