Today an amount of Rs.100/- has only been deducted from my saving bank account No [protected] of SBI Talab Tillo Jammu for recharge of my prepaid connection [protected] but no amount has been credited to the said connection of Idea. Please look into the matter and advise me accordingly.An early action is solicited.
