[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Online Recharge for 200 talk time converted to 3G .They say use it ,no reverting to talk time or transfer to other no. or refund

Thru Idea Cellular Online recharge for Mob [protected] we recharged for Rs 200 Talktime & its converted to 3G.Customer Care say use it or Lose it.They say it wont be reverted to Talktime nor be transfered to other number nor be refunded.They say recharge other tariff for talktime.In website also tariff plans not mentioned clearly inorder to cheat.We didnt choose 3G.This Mob has no 3G activation.THis is Fraud & cheating.Our shop keeper & neighbours told this happened to many & no amount will be refunded but is lost.I want the amount to be converted to talk time or refunded.
