[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Outgoing barred even bill was already paid | |||
Hello I am parmod kumar bansal from sangrur Punjab.i am using a idea cellular postpaid services having number [protected]. My last month bill was 193.88rs and due date was 30/11/2012. I paid 200rs. at idea office on date 29/11/2012.My receipt number is 2418101.But i received number of messages from last few days that the bill is not paid. I went to idea office but nobody respond me. Today i received a message that your outgoing service is barred and your outstanding bill is 334rs. As i already paid the bill please resolve the issue asap so that i can use the services. Otherwise i will take a legal action against idea.
