Idea Cellular — Poor response

Hello, I applied for portability from Vodaphone to Idea. My got a sim card and the exicutive from idea didn't registered with a proper sim number. So my sim didn't activated till 20 days. I lost connection to old service provider also. I left with no mobile for nearly 15 days. Spent Re.100 to call the exicutive, Idea Care etc. There is no use till now. WHat can I do?
