i am getting miss call alerts more tan the calls since last two three days and that oo untimely where as my hanset is showing full coverage and i have spoken with few other persons in the area who are facing same problem and the condition is becoming worse and worse as time is passing, i am facing same problem in dialing....kindly get the rectification or compensation at the earliest

i have deactivated my dialer tone service as i am searching for my favorite song since last 20 days and i still didn't get it. For this i tried to send sms on 53463 but response was not asper my wants then i asked customer care to activate my song from their side twice but didn't work, then i searched for this on your website Idea cellular still didn't get the response.

I have taken a post paid connection from Idea Cellular. Outgoing of that number was barred after two days of connection. Upon calling their customer service number - 12345, I talked with customer care executives and their seniors (Mr. Shrikant Joshi and Mr. Ketan Pandey) as well. They said me that the address verification has not happened and thats why the outgoing has been barred.
Continously for three days I kept on giving new requests for address verification. Neither no one turned up for verification nor no one called me for the same.
All the time when I called the customer service number, a new member used to talk and when I used to ask for Mr. Shrikant Joshi and Mr. Ketan Pandey, on one used to come on the line.
This has lead to loss of my time, business and mental harassment.
Being harrased by the company, I thought of putting this complaint.

We are cug idea customers since more than 9 months of company named ORO DENTAL in Pune (Maharashtra).
Before 1 month I want to change my tariff plan to 'MH PRIVILEGE 499' for no. [protected]; and wants to update mail Id. I contacted mr ramkisan(who gave us cug plan). He was used to saying that he forwarded request. We called him 15-20 times. His ans. was same. We contacted customer care, they told us to go idea office. We went to idea office in Aundh(Pune) & Hadapsar(Pune).
In Hadapsar office situation is more worst.
We gave them company letter & application which have stamp & authorised sign & photo Id proof of one of plan member's, as they told initially. After that they were demanding clear Zerox copy, we again submitted that.
Again they demanding only authorised Id proof.
Again stamp on Id proof.
Why they didn't tell us all this things initially in one time?
We were going to n fro in offices, had lots of talk with customer care without any positive solution.
More of times office server is down! What's this!
Then after giving all documents they forwarded request but wrong.!
After 40 hrs my plan changed to 'PREMIUM 499'. But I want 'PRIVILEGE 499' plan; And I clearly write it on application and letter head.
Customer care was saying it was office mistake.
Hadapsar office saying its company mistake & again i have to wait for more than 24 hrs for plan change.
They were also saying I have to pay for 1 day charges of PREMIUM 499 plan.
Why I pay for this foolish mistake, which was not mine? And why I have to suffer?
Now My internet is off n I m suffering of very poor idea cellular service.
Why company is doing my harassment?
Idea office employee don't have any sense of talking with customers, lacks humanity, have attitude. have very poor knowledge, not updated & doesn't have any eagerness to solve customer's problem.
Idea office in Aundh didn't take our request n told that plan can only be change on bill cycle end date & didn't give attention towards us. He was engaged in his cell phone all the time. Does he is not updated or any have other reason.
I want justice for idea cellular co. And specially about behaviour of idea cellular offices of Aundh and Hadapsar.
