Incorrect Billing
I have been Idea customer since last 5 hrs ,It's been really pain to see that I got billed for the number for which i was not connected .
The number is [protected],it was a BSNL number and I was not even able to make a call due to some problem with BSNL servers as i came to know and I was repeatedly
charged of calling.

Idea — Idea Incorrect bill
I have been charged for a service which I have not used, I have been speaking the customer support(Idea) and was told that I have been charged for what I have used, Inspite of telling again and again that I have not used the wap and Gprs, The charges that appear in the bill are mostly at time when I have not used the phone for example, the first charge of wap download is at 13:48 hrs, at this time I have a class to take as I am a sports teacher in a school and I cannot use the phone that time, also mostly all the charges are late in the night, when I sleep at 23:00 to 23:30, how can I use my phone after 23:30, This itself proves that the charges are incorrect.......I request you to please look into this and reply back, My total bill was 735.00/- hence I paid 500.00/- what I have used... but still my services are barred, I expect a call back and my bill rectified...
