Idea Cellular — Regarding 3G INTERNET

This is regarding 3G High Speed (Advertised 7.2 Mbps) . I took this useless 3G Connection nearly 4 months ago. UP TILL THIS DAY I NEVER GOT THE PROMISED 7.2 Mbps speed and surprsingly the speed never went above 2.6 Mbps. I wonder how they call this 3G speed connection. It is so hard to digest because the Kerala people are so well informed in Computers and Software frauds.Its high time we react to fraud companies that advertise wrong info and sell products showing wrong product features.

Besides the low speed issue the Idea connectivty and server failures happen almost every three days.
Complaints given are left unadressed.

I also would like to file a case with Consumer Court in Kerala. Trivandrum, personally other than availing your site help.
