Dear concerned,
I am Priyanka Gupta, user of Idea Cellular mobile connection service (Telephone number :[protected])
My connection has been barred without any prior notification / intimation.
On contacting the customer care they are saying that the bills of your data card are not paid, whereas i asked for the disconnection of my data card number (mail put to Mr. Rahul Mishra) after clearing all my bills. Even then the number was not disconnected which was not a fault on my part.
Now they have disconnected my phone number to torture me....which is very unethical...
The same problem is being faced by other colleagues of my company that their requests (put to Mr. Rahul Mishra) are not being taken care immediately & then they are charged for the extra period...
Request you to consider the request & get my number debarred as soon as possible.

Idea Cellular — Disconnection of Service
Dear Sir,The IDEA Cellular has disconnected my services on 19th Aug 2008, being my last date for bill payment is 21st Aug 2008. I missed all my important calls on my Engagement day which was on 20th Aug 2008. So I want the IDEA to compensate me for their improper services.
