Pls look over my problem since i have been facing problems with IDEA services.
You can see in your database that i have been interacted numerous times since 18 september 2011.
i have been given several complain id number also.
latest complain id i have is 1-[protected].
this is complain regarding my blackberry services according to customer care executive(CCE) i should get my refund back of Rs 399 by 24 sep 2011 but still i have not been refund back.
On talking with supervisor/manager assured me for refund but till now i have not been refunded nor my services are activated.
I am very sorry to tell that behavior and attitude towards me from idea is hopeless and disrespectful.
Your CCE disconnect my calls or give me lame answers whatever come to there mind without understanding my problem.
I just want Higher Authorities to check my log how much time i have called to 12345 and idea blackberry service no. still my problem not been solved.
If this mail is checked and revieved by anyone pls reply to me at least.
I have not expect such attitude who is group of ADITYA BIRLA.
once again i request you to kindly look into my matter and take action immediately.

IDEA Cellular Services — Activation of tic tac toe weekly subscription
Tic tac toe sirvices i did not activate this service but this will activate before 4 months i didn'n recive message of activation after 4 month i have recive one message about tic tac toe weakly renew message then i call to customer care and said him to plz deactivate all services he will de activate but after to daxr i recive same message of weakly subscription custmercare said u have activated manualy but i could not activated my balence was alro deduct plz tekl me what cani do sir
