[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Sim Card Fault | |||
Respected Sir?madam, I Jaipal would like to make a complaint against my network provider about sim, i have an idea sim and i was using this sim from last two years under no.[protected] (sim no.[protected] but by sudden on dated[protected] they blocked my sim and issued to another person without bringing in my notice, i asked idea about all this but they did not give me any suitable reason and i sent them about three mails but haven't got any satisfactory answer.they stopped listening me. then i made a complaint in consumer court(Jago Grhak Jago) under reference no.437846 and their delegate respond us to make a DOD report against Idea Network. As i am working in Marketing Field and every client of mine has above said number.i have not only lost all my contact but loosing my business too.i hope you will take a suitable action against Idea Network.
