[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Trai — balance deduction

Dear sir,
i am MNP customer of the IDEA Cellular.my mob.no.is [protected].i recharged with Rs.50/- on 21 may 2012.and also called to idea costumer care for registered my balance deducted complaint and also said to his about deactivated my all extra facility urgent.he gave complaint no.[protected] (complaint date 21/05/2012 at 5.53 pm).but today idea cellular detected my balance Rs.30 for wap idea-mall service.but i do not know about service.

sir,i am facing this type of problem since last one months.but idea costumer care did not get my call.please sir solve my problem as soon as possible.
