sir actually 24 april 2009 ko at 11:15am par maine aapke custcare par call ki mujhe bataya gaya ki 71rs ke rech. par mujhe 10rs ka TT &50paisa I2I&60p I2Oother meri call rates ho jayengi jiski val. 30 days hogi. mere rech karane par mujhe aprox 60rs ka TT mila but teriff ki facility nahi mili. mere dobara CC call karne par aapke SR.EX.Mr.shatrughan jine galti maante hue kaha ki problem jaldi short out kar di jayegi par abhi tak kuch nahi hua kya CCO ki galti hame face karenge Plz do a good favour for me my mob. no. is [protected] i hav recorded both call of CC Was this information helpful? Idea — regarding tariff

there are two complaint from my side.
1.i recharged with 38 rupees of teriif and i was told that my all idea to idea call after 11 pm to 6 am will be 10 paise but this was not happened.
2.i told again that i[censored] use *122#10digit idea number YOPUR CALL ON THAT NUMBER WILL BE 20 paise they take 5 rupees as activation charge but i have not provided service
3.i am not able to call customer care from my number
