Dear sir

Many time I am Summiting the Address Proof dated 10.02.2011 in mysore Idea office @ Lakshmi Theater Idea customer care once again called u r nor submitting the address proof once again i went Idea office enquired again address proof papers missed i reporting through Customer care called to 198 thay are not responding properly then thay are borred My Caller ID again I called to customer care pepul sir again submitting the Address Prof on 24.02.2011 even today many remainders also thay are not corrected my problem. I dont know who is the nex person to attend and correct the above said problem. I am faceing very much of problem regarding this Issue. realy worst service from the Idea

I like to bring my concern in your notice that on 05/03/2011 Massage sent to 1900 Many times.I have not recieved till today for mobile portibility from idea to Vodaphone. please inform who is the next person for take action regarding this
