[Resolved] Idea Gang Sim Card — Reg. wrong deduction for outgoing call from Gang number to other Gang number of idea

sir, i have two idea Gang card. idea has declare for this card that upto first 500 minutes from gang to other gang number will cost Rs. 0.10 /minute but now i used only 10-15 minutes only but they are deducting per minutes 1.20 Rs. on both the number . i have try to call from both number to one another but always deducted the amount Rs. 1.20 per minute . i talked with customer care more than 4-5 times but they told me that amount will refund in my account and that was technical problem but till now amount is deducting Rs. 1.20 per minute. please take necessary action for the same. my name yatender singh mobile number [protected] and [protected] i am facing this problem on both numbers Was this information helpful? i am sure that idea cellular company is cheater 100%.
i am using my gang number of idea within time i.e. 10 pm to 5 pm but they are deducting Rs. 1.20 per minute from gang to gang number although i fulfill all terms and conditions till now.
idea is fraud

every gang number has a limitation of date for calling 10 paisa to gang number in gang time. may be its another problem here..

we are talking 1.30 rs per call to a std number but we are expending 2 rs per call in a local number in non-gang time, why?

dear sir i have an idia conmnection my mob. no. [protected] i am very happy with the network sevice but before two days when i re charge my phone that time i have -25.00 blance i charge my phone with rs 50/- in which i got 18 talk time which i have used but yesterday i check my bnlance it was again -25.00 .
now i am not geting that why my account is going in negative i never activate any policy or download ring tones

sir, already gang offer is 500 minutes gang to gang for 10ps.but i don't get this offer the previous month. some times without the completion of my 500 minutes, i lost the money.pls take some necessary action
