i am a ported customer of idea now my plan is deactivated so i need that same plan for me if i cal to customer care they not giving reply for me concern and i oblige for you to please get me back on this

Hi I have been an idea customer for the past 7 years, each year i travel to Europe from June to September .Now i am in Italy...Last year I was able to send an sms to India from Europe using my Indian sim...however this year my sms is being blocked by Idea...
If after a period of 3 weeks i do not send an sms or make a call Idea will cancel my number.
Idea did not inform me of this while i was in india ...i do not want to loose my number as it is vital for business...i have tried to contact various roaming packages offered by idea but get no response...kindly advise me...sincerely Alan Butler

im just fed up of constant messages received from IZ- Idea containing the 500139Dial karey, sastey data packski jankari nishulk payen. offers that any I'm not interested in. And more so, they send it at any time they like, not caring for the customer preferences.
Someone please tell IZ-Idea that if I receive any of its messages again,

I am continuously doing follow up with idea customer service for the transaction done on 13th jan'2013, but not able to provide the solution.
I got a message from Idea IZ to update the transaction code on idea website to proceed. But there is no such option. Please guide.

Hi,
Yesterday I got a message from IZ-IDEA that your new number is ready for activation and an amount of INR 70.75 has been transferred from your earlier Prepaid connection to your new Postpaid connection.
But I don't have any new number. I have only one number. The new number they sent me is an unknown number.
Somebody please help me.
