muje shopkeeper nai 7.2 mbps ka data card bol kar 236.8 kbps ka de diya muje lagta ta ki iski speed itni kam kese aati hati hai tab mere friend nai check karke btaya to wo 236.8 kbps ka hi nikala uske baad bhi usne replacement ke liye mana kar diya uska bill bhi mere pass hai please solve my problem
