Idea Net Setter — unable to access internet

yes i too buyed ne setter but iam unable to access internet error 619 displays always even customercare people unable to solve the problem my money wasted.netsetter is bad and bad service please dont buy.

idea netsetter is NOT TOO BAD.
iam getting a speed of 236 kbps and for download avg speed is 8KBPS=64kbps.it is not too slow.
for wireless we can't expect more speed than this...
(under full signal strength+EDGE service)

My company has provided to me "Idea Netsetter". It works OK in Pune. When I brought the same to Mumbai it did not work at all. It says (error out) you have to register? Why I need to register again once I aleady done that in Pune and works fine. Any reason for the same? I have contacted several times idea customer support but unfortunately none of the guys could help me so far. In fact whenever you call there customer support number there is no option for speaking to customer support. I have no idea how these guys support customer if they have problems. Any tips/suggestions are appreciated.

in my system drivers and software of idea netsetter in ok. when i am starting the software of idea netsetter for connecting internet the software give me messase the divice has been disconnected or unavailable. so please help me how can i connect the internet through netsetter.
