[Resolved]  Idea Net Setter — not receive bill till last date of payment since last 2 months.

Idea — before 4 months iam not received bill

iam not receving any kind of bill in last 4 months
amd i complaint many times but no responce

I have not resived my bill sofor no comunacation with customer care.

Idea Net Setter — Not receiving bills

I am using Idea Net Setter since a year . I was recieving my bills on time till Oct 2009 . But since nov 2009 I m not recieving bills. I complained to my vendor , but he didnt respond and said that fault is of courier service. So plz help me out .

Not received bill regularly. i complaint last times but no response your department.

I am getting a fraud bill my regular use is 225 mb and my plan is 512mb but after using only 223 mb I am getting the bill of Rs 808.65 which is not correct I check with the distributors he said its wrong and raise a complain to Idea.

i am a regular customer of idea net setter.But not received my bil since starting, although I have paid all dues before time continuosly after confirm throuh payment collection centre. . But its wrong, you should provide good service for customer.
