[Resolved] Idea Net Setter — NOT WORKING IN ROAMING | |||
IDEA NET SETTER ROAMING...............SUCKS I HAVE AN IDEA NET SETTER CONNECTION TAKEN FROM DELHI I AM CURRENTLY ON ROAMING IN JHARKHAND. IT WORKED FOR A MONTH, NOW IT DOES NOT WORK. NET SETTER SEEMS CONNECTING BUT NO WEBSITES CAN BE OPEN. HAVE GIVEN MANY COMPLAINTS ON EMAILS AND SPENT MANY HOURS ON PHONE EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM. ONLY AUTOMATED THANK YOU MAILS. DIFFERENT AGENTS GIVES DIFFERNT CONFUSING MESSAGES AS TO WHY THERE IS A PROBLEM --- HAVE RECHARGED UPTO 1000 RUPEES IN THE LAST WEEK BUT NO IDEA WHERE THE MONEY GOES...THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. NODAL OFFICER IS SLEEPING. VERY ILL TRAINED CUSTOMER SERIVE AGENTS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT WHO DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE. ABHISHEK BACHCHAN SHOULD STOP ENDORSING THIS PRODUCT. QUITE FUNNILY, THIS DIDNT WORKED ON ROAMING IN ANY CITY, BEFORE FEB 2012....3G NETSETTER WHICH COSTED ME AROUND RS. 2000 BEFORE 1 MONTH. my netsetter is used in karnataka roaming...but it's not working. I complained to customer care exicutive and recieve one message 'your roaming is activated' but the roaming is not get in karnataka. pls i request you to solve this prroblem...my no; [protected]
i have taken netsetter in andhra, now i am in tamilnadu. i hav recharged 200 for that and the payment is sucess, when i am trying to connect it is asking to connect in roaming will incur u additional charges. i have clicked ok but the netsetter is not connecting. as there is no normal balance i thought that is not working, but when trying to normal recharge it is refunding.. What to do?
