[Resolved]  Idea Net Setter — Faulty billing

On 04-May-2011, I changed my 650-unlimited plan to 399-5GB plan as the former is now discontinued by Idea. As my monthly billing cycle is 20th of every month, from 04-May to 20-May I'm entitled for 2.8GB of free usage on pro-rata basis. However, I've been charged beyond 450MB o[censored]sage which is not correct. All charges levied on me for net usage are false since I never crossed 2.8GB limit (Which clearly reflects in bill provided by the company itself).

I've already given a written complaint in this regard to nearby Idea outlet on 24-May, but there is absolutely no response from the company. The complaint was registered on 26-May. I've been following up with them everyday since then, but all i'm getting is false commitments. I registered the complaints 5 times since then, but there is no response. People at Idea outlet & telephonic customer care centre accepted the faults but there is no solution.

This month i.e. June'11, again I've received faulty bill. Same problem again.

Also due to this system fault, my net access is barred 5 times in past one month on account of high 'unbilled amount', which is not acceptable since it's purely a system fault which is also accepted by Idea outlet people. Despite highlighting above matters personally to Idea representatives, there is no response & they are barring internet access. Instead they are telling me to pay bill, surprisingly.

Apart from many complaints to customer care centre, I've also sent mails in this regard to idea on [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but nobody in Idea seems to have any intention of replying or addressing the issue.

I've also been charged Rs. 114 for GPRS CORE SERVICES which is not applicable to me since I'm using net setter monthly plan.

Also you are asking about type of Inconvenience I'm facing.. I've already mentioned the whole story above.. besides, today again net setter internet access is barred by idea, 5th time in past one month, for no fault of mine..
I've sent mail to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com 3 times in past 1 week, but there is no reply. After contacting nodal officer on [protected] about this, nodal officer says she hasn't received any such mails. How can it be?? I haven't received delivery failure report also.

Also I asked her for alternate email id, but she refused to give saying this is the only email id where I can send my mail. This attitude clearly shows, idea doesn't want to solve my problem. they are just passing the ball and making such ridiculous excuses.
