i am one of the customer in idea netsetter, my name is abhilash mohan . here the idea netsetter is very slow many times i will complaint at pathanamthitta sales manager and zonal office they did not get replay. i will pay net bill correctly befor due date. what i do for this coplaint please find a solution.. i[censored] neglect this request i will complaint through consumer court and advertise all media and papers ... i had recharged my idea netsetter no. with 6gb of data worth rs 950. And just after 4 gb the connection speed went down to 125 kbps while surfing and i can hardly download anything. The !dea people are making fool o[censored]s and giving all our money to abhishek bacchan for the ads.
