Idea Cellular, Prepaid — Idea Cellular Robs money from Customers

At 9:14am today (9th July 2011), I received the following sms from Idea Cellular (IZ-IDEACL):
Your subscription to Love 360 Daily is activated @ Rs 1 for 1 Day.
To deact SMS UNSUB ZQLVD to 55456.

A few minutes after I saw the messge, I sent an sms to 55456 with the message UNSUB ZQLVD. Promptly, I got the following confirmation message:
Your request to unsubscribe from ZQLVD has been registered.

Now, here is my complaint:

1. I never asked for this service to be activated, so who gave Idea Cellular the right to activate a service without first seeking the customer's concurrence?

2. On top of this, I had to spend time to read this message, to send the deactivation message to Idea Cellular, and end up paying Rs 3/- for the message. The least Idea Cellular should do is to cancel the Rs 3/- charge and restore the balance, along with an apology to the customer. And, if the customer so prefers, stop repeating such acts.

Idea Cellular, Bhopal — Not activating the number

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Idea GSM SIM about one month ago from Idea shop at New market, Bhopal and submitted the necessary documents their itself but they have disconnected my number by saying that I had not submitted the documents.
Please help me out, The Idea No is [protected].

Idea Prepaid Mobile No. 9826374484 — Deactivation of CH99 magazine.

An amount of Rs.30 per month from May 2011 has been deducted from my above said prepaid mobile No.[protected] without any prior intimation. I have not at all activated the above said scheme and these amount has been deducted without any intimation. My deactivation request were not entertained on number of times. I am totally upset by this type of activity from your side. You are being a good reputed mobile service provider, I didn't expect such unhuman activities. I request you to kindly return the amount deducted from my mobile i.e. Rs.90/- of the last three months.

idea mobile network of aditya birla — deduction of currency

my currency has been deducted, 30 rupees last month even after requesting for cancellation of music masti service,in malleswaram idea outlet last month, complaint no.1-[protected],they told within 48 hours refunding will be done, but still my refunding is not done, and also i had requested for the cancellation for wap services on the same day, but it is not deactivated, and lot of money has been deducted till now, i am calling up the customer care every other day, but still my complaint is nnot beig solved, another complaint number is1-[protected] which i registered in customer care, but still my service is not cancelled, i was told i will be refunded 15 rupees for this, but after this again for next 2 day 5 rupees per day is being cut, so please help me refund all the money soon, and stop these deductions, as soon as possible

I totally agree that Idea customer serice is very poor. I am post paid life time customer with mobile [protected] and [protected]. I stay overseas much of the time, first they bothered me with all stupid nonsense ad, sms and they charge me International roaming charges for hearing the . When I switched off to avoid this instead of temporarly suspending, they have given my numbers to others without any information to me. When I questioned they mention, they had sent an SMS, can you believe a cellular company does not know SMS does not reach a switched off mobile, also that is not a valid way of cancelling account.

Its two weeks still not resolved.

currency deduction from past few months for music masti service, 30 rupees for 2 months, and 5 rupees every other day in the last month, lots of money is to be refunded, i was told by idea service centre malleswaram and customer care tat money will be refunded, but not yet received any balance.

more than 65 rupees to be refunded, pls check and refund soon
