[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid — activation of dailertone

Dear idea team,
This is amith holding [protected]...last nite at 11'o clock I got message Ur dailertone was activated thanks for activation.I Got Mad and To know the reasaon today I made a call 2 Ur call center in the early hours today, one o[censored]r executives handled my call and without responce she deactivate my call, AGAIN at 7.31am I called back 2 the call center..my call was escolated to the floor supervisor Mr.Janardhan.before that 2 handle my call ur authorites kept me waiting just they are chatting and laughing but no one was lisitng to me at last floor supervisor handled my call, and he said it was activated from my end..I hav't opt for dailertone how it got activated over my phone..wat the going in Ur call center simply ignoring the custmer, I[censored] hav a record of my call listen to it u'll come to kno wat is going on..Plz deactivate my dailertone, and I sugggest not to activate it again without intimation..
