Idea Prepaid — deduction of money without any reason

sir always without any information my balance is cut.sir pls care on it and remove my name from dillere song

Every month Rs. 30/- are deducted from my account without any reason. I had not activated any scheme or any package even than my money is deducted from my account.
If by mistake activate, please close this facility immediately (IZ55456- Bollywood Trivia) and
kindly return my money and stop deducting it.
I am also suffering from unwanted calls from customer care (CC)
i will be very very thankful to u if you return my money because i am not so much rich that i can afford that type of deduction of money.

I have taken new sim since 15days it is not activated.while quering about sim to the concerned shop his reply was simex is on but he was also unable to answer me. Please activate the sim.

I had a similar problem. I charged my idea prepaid card with 600 RS which means unlimited browsing and dow. for 1 month.On the next day, 3 rs were deducted from my balance and it kept on until my balance reached 0.0 rs. So i wrote to them and they said i had activated the i dont know name service. But i didnt activate no such thing. Resuming, IDEA cellular limited are robbing from people.
