Idea Prepaid — my sim is not working | |||
my idea prepaid no. is [protected]. my no. is not working. i have convert post paid to prepaid on dated[protected] receipt no.197439 on idea showroom (free india agency) at khanna and recharge the sim amount rs -250/- sim no. is[protected] after 10 days my no. is deactivated by co. without any reason. i have many complaints to the customer care and the idea showroom (free india agency)at khanna my complaint no. is[protected]. i have no response both.so please sort out my problem in ealiest.my contact no.is [protected] my e-mail is ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) Was this information helpful? | |||

i took a new sim the last day.. tat is on 9th June.. and submitted all required documents, still it say your account has been bared because u have no service. i am really disappointed.
