[Resolved] Idea Prepaid Sim Card — sim got deactivated | |||
Hello Sir, I had bought an idea prepaid card from Shail communications , Ashiana greens , ahinsa khand-2 , indirapuram , ghaziabad. It has been 12 days since I bought the card it got inactivated in 2 days due to not recieving doucuments (as per the message from idea). The shop keeper says it is not in his hand to get the status. I want the shopkeeper to be penalized for this as the number is given in many forms and I am not able to recieve any calls due to this. Regards, Smriti Was this information helpful? | |||

Prepaid Card — regarding inactivation of sim card
Respected Sir,I am your prepaid customer from Nashik having no.[protected].
Due to negative address proof my services are barred.
I have submitted the concernd documents. Please renew my connections as soon as possible. I am facing a lot of inconvinence.
