[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid Sim Card — Blocking of sim card

Dear Sir,
My name is Amit Oswal. I am using idea prepaid service having mobile number [protected] since the year 2003. In the last month when I was trying to call I got message as my sim is blocked and then my network was also disappeared. Then on November 15, 2011, I visited idea's company customer care center at Bhandarkar Road, Pune wherein I have been asked to submit certain papers and to fill up the required form. I have submitted the required papers and filled up the form properly. Then I have been told that my sim card will be operative within next 48 hours and I will be able to use the said prepaid number as usual. But till now there is no message from idea and even still there is no network logo also appearing on my mobile. Even when I tried to switch-off and switch-on the phone it was showing sim registration failed. Even when I tried to select network manually from settings it was showing no network access.

I hereby request to do the needful in the subject matter and activate my prepaid sim card number for which I have complied with all the formalities.

IDEA SIM CARDS — DISAPPINTED WITH THE EXECUTIVE SERVICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I buyed 20 SIM CARDS of IDEA,PUNJAB for my team having gang pack activated on all the 20 numbers from PHILLAUR,Distt Jallandhar, PUNJAB on 2 september 09. The executive from IDEA activated all the numbers as i am having all the ID Proofs of all the members of my team with myself. I submitted all the proofs to the shopkeeper from whom i buyed the SIMCARDS after 2-3 days of the activation. Then from 2-3 days again some numbers get disconnected/deactivated.
I am calling to your executive after then, he was always saying that due to some proof problem those numbers gets disconnected. Two numbers are having INSERT SIM problem.
I am very disappointed with these kinds of services, even after i submitted the proofs in time and calling day by day 3-4 times to your IDEA executive MR ROHIT([protected]) in phillaur.

Hello Sir,
My name is Deepak Varun Singh. I have purchase the New Handset for my wife with the idea connection mobile number [protected] On 25/011/2011 the service in not ok this is the first time i am using this service and the experience was pathatic the Executive was on the call center of idea were uneducated have no sence how to talk with the Customers the reason i am posting my comments the number which i have purchase has been lost so immediately i have contact to the customer care to deactivate my sim card and i am providing all the realted information to the executive but he is asking forthe sim number which i dont have with me rest all the details i have i already provided him last recharge amount my name with the DOB but he is not ready to listen to me i have alerady lost my handset and that executive was irritating me will not help you at all.

I told him i already loudge a complaint i have the fir copy with me will collect the duplicate sim tomorrow but first you deactivate my sim card unless some one missuse with my number but this is not yet done till now.

I Requet you to please take an action on this to get this issue resolve.
