Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recharged my mobile through online banking for Rs.200/- and i got internet services activated on my number, where in I was expecting TalkTime. However my mobile doesnt support internet I could not use it.I contacted the customercare immediately within 2mins to revert the recharge so that I can recharge again for talktime.
I did not get solution for it.More over as I was travelling I could not do anything else other than contacting the CC. I am really very sorry to say that the services provided by IDEA is pathatic.
Also we get daily atleast 20 promotional calls which are very very annoying.
Please revert my money back or else atleast from next make sure, whenever a user does a online recharge give a pop-up mentioning the list of recharge type for the amount of recharge seleted.

idea top up recharge — not received recharge top up
on 7/09 i have recharged my mobile through online easy recharge and my amount of rs 500 deducted from my bank account i personaly logged my complaint to idea center but still i have not received any satisfactory answer and also not any complaint number stll i have not received any balance
