Dear Idea
I am regular and premium user of idea service .
Today I faced very bad experience with your staff from call center side as well as from their team leader side .
My simple request of bill receipt rejected badly and said they can’t help and given reply was rude .
I have paid 3000 rs amount online .

after paying amount ,transaction was successful from bank side but receipt was not generated by ideal portal .
So I have called idea careline 12345
Executive so called Mr.Alok process will take 72 hours and further detail speak to landline no [protected] extension 2858 with Miss Komal .
But unfortunate part is that she has not checked any record and refuse to help and disconnected .
If such kind of a service and expecting from customer to retain with Idea is this possible .
Frankly say answer is No
