[Resolved]  Idea Sim Card — Free SMS & Free Talktime Not offered now

i activate a scheme of 9000 SMS (100SMS/day)& 500 Min IDea 2 Idea free at night. i m not used this service until last week. i used this scheeme of Free SMS on 23-08-09. after then i start to use this scheme on 25-08-09. then first 20 Msgs are delivered after then the charge is applied to me. then i contact to Customer care they says the scheme is not activated .

I have purchased my idea sim from Gurgaon, Firstly it took four days to activate, secondly no offers of std or local rates are given to me or told to me

my idea number [protected] is going to be deactivated by your idea customer care because we have not usen these sim for 90 days
