Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding my idea sim card which has been barred since so many days. This is not for the first time they hav stopped the services. We hav been regularly using this phone and hav also submitted the required details regarding the same two times but to no avail. First time they stopped the services saying you hav not attended the enquiry call, we thought may be due to busy shcedule it has been missed so we submitted the details. But after 15 od days again they stopped the services without prior notice and this time again the same reason. When we called the CC Cell they told us that ur details are negative. I am afraid that despite having our details negative they connected the phone for 15 day or so. I dont know what is the criteria of checking the validity of a consumer's details but what i surely know is that they r sitting there to harrass us and not to help. how can they bar any services without prior intimtion and if they hav got such authority then they should tell us what exactly is the problem with the details or rather their representative should visit the place to confirm the same.I request you to pls look into the matter ASAP B'coz already due to this i had suffered a big loss in my business.

Idea SIM Card — Deductoin of balance
I have a Idea My Gang simcard . Call charge from my mobile to any other local idea mobile after 11pm is 10p per minute. From 5th of feb call charges are going so high & compaints are not handling poiperly by callcentre. I wish to take strong reactoin against them.
