[Resolved]  Idea Sim Prepaid — laps balance

dear sir. i am a idea retailer in nagaur. rajasthan .1st i want stop stock service on my idea cell. no. [protected].last 3 week I try for call12345 to stop this service but i dont sucsess. every weak 10 rs.. laps from my a/c. please stop this bse stock service imediatly. 2nd I am also idea retailer & this is my demo sim & i have about some of rupees.170. in my virtual [lapu] balance but last one month I cannot able to recharge to custmer & from my cell i not able to check my balance [sms sending failed for any virtual topup service as check bal. vtopup erecharge etc.plz contect me at my cell [protected] / [protected]. in wait for ur support.
