[Resolved]  Iffco Tokio — Policy Papers Not received(iffco tokio)

Dear Team,


I have taken one motor insurance for my car in the month of Sep 2009 from Iffco Tokio,But till date i have not received my original policy papers from the company.I have called up so many times for the same but they people not responding properly.Today i ensured everything than they told me my policy not generated till this time.I[censored]nfortunatly i met with a serious accident today so who would be responsible for that i don't know.I have covernote for the same & my account statement as well which shows my policy premium cheque already cleared from my saving account.Need your help to resolve the issue on my behalf.
