[Resolved]  iGATE Global Solutions, Noida — PF Withdrawal application is pending for last one year

This is regarding my PF withdraw process with iGATE Global Solutions, Noida. I had
left the organization on 28th Feb 2007. So as per the govt. policy one
can apply for PF withdrwal any day after 2 months from resignation
date. So I had applied in the month of July 2007. I had filled up all the
required FORMS in iGATE campus itself and it was stamped by
Yogesh Anand, who looks after PF cases. Then I had submitted that to PF Office, Noida as per
Yogesh's instruction. After some time I received a letter from PF
Deptt to make some corrections in FORM 3A, since there was some
mistake in my father's name from iGATE deptt itself. So I informed
Yogesh Anand about it and requested to correct it. After that I used to chase
him to get it done but every time I found a very casual attitude from
his end. Then finally I went to iGATE to confirm that my PF withdrawl papers
Were submitted to PF Deptt or not and no surprise YOGESH ANAND asked me to fill
SSN Form and assured me that I’ll not face any problem this time.

Sir, Its already been ONE YEAR to struggle with him to get it done,
but no clue from his end in this context. I doubt that Yogesh Anand hasn't send
that FORM 3A to PF Deptt. Because he is ignoring my calls. Which seems
very unprofessional way to handle such a small matter and showing his
insincerity towards work. Every time I was very humble with him but
now running out of patience.

Kindly request you to intervene into this matter and please resolve
it. Looking forward for your help. Thanks

Sir i m fresher...
hey, i have attended interview 3 weeks back in Bangalore Whitefield and i'm still awiting result from you guys. i hjave attended ops rouund and the ops manager said his HR would get back to me but still no one turned up... i have the ph no which is [protected], trust me i have called them more that 50 times, there are a few recepitionists and they transfer my call to the HR dept but nobody picks my call, are working from home or have they wandering arround not sitting in their seats bloody HR's, lazy gooze... U guys will know the pain in ur only when ur in the process of finding job and awaiting for results... mother ... do ur job properly first... i'll tell u guys will never suceed in ur life ur children o[censored]r relatives will starve without jobs wait and see
