[Resolved] iGATE Optics — Very poor customer service and poor quality
Hi, I had a very bad experiance with this Optical shop. Igate optics in Kasturi nagar. I bought a new lens and while buying the lens the shop keeper advised me to go for scratch resistant lens and thin glass from essilor. I also agreed for it and had to pay twice the cost. Within a month, the lens had lot of scratches inspite of good maintenance from my end. (while the earlier lens I had came for 4 years). When I contacted them, their response was very poor. Moreover the shop keeper Deena mentioned that they are not responsible for it and it is only because of my maintenance. Their response towards customers and handling them is very pathetic. I will never go to this optics in my lifetime again and waste my money because of the poor customer service and also because of the poor quality lens which they provide in the name of Essilor / Crizal. I would also suggest the same to my friends 'Never go to iGate Optics' for any of your Optical requirements.

ITS ONLY A MISS CONCEPT THAT HAS LEAD TO YOUR FEED BACK. AS YOU MENTIONED LENS IS SCRACH RESISTANT NOT SCRATCH PROOF . AND AS YOU TOLD ITS CRIZAL FROM ESSILOR WHICH YOU CAN VERIFY YOUR SELF . SO BY TELLING YOU HAVE SUPLIED WITH SOME POOR QUALITY LENS IS A BIG BLUNDER AS YOU ARE BLAMING ESSILOR NOT I GATE. NEXT IS ABOUT REACTION OF SALES PERSON ITS DEPENTS ON YOUR ATTITUDE. I AM TELLING ALL THIS BECOUSE I AM AN I GATE COSTUMER SINCE 4 YEARS.
