[Resolved]  Ignou — ignou certificate not received

Sir,
pl tel me within how many month i will received my degree provisional certificate and mark sheet. I completed BDP in Dec 2014 Term End.

Dear Sir,

I have cleared my bcom a&f exams in june 2012. But I have still not received my original grace card and original certificate. The only condition for issue is passing of ipcc, which I have successfully completed and I am a chartered accountant. I have tried contacting the regional centre bangalore and delhi but I fail to receive any response. They just keep transfering the calls but i haven't received any guidance.

400/- DD no 015327, 07/06/2015 issued bank ICICI sent to Bangalore Regional centre.
Through speed post EK[protected]IN and same as delivery to regional director
dated on 20/06/2015 as per postal record and I have conform with ICICI bank my DD also cleared from bank record. But till
today I am not receive my certificate or any communication from your end. I
have call many times to Bangalore regional office but they are not responding, so
when I can expected my certificate please provide information as soon as
possible.

I am seen so many time to ignou website the world biggest university but where I

I have completed my MLIS from IGNOU but till date I have not received my final marksheet or certificate I have contacted regional centre in RC52 but they are telling me that they are not responsible for giving certificate IGNOU SED is .
