I am very sad, pls help me. i have send demand draft for Rs. 150/- in favour of ignou. but till date i have not recd. i had send many application & many time cantact with office, but no any responce Therefore I would kindly request you to look into the matter and direct the concerned office to send it as early as possible in the below-given address.

i have completed my Bsc with major in zoology in the year 2008 but have not yet received my provisional certificates and marksheet inspite of me sending in several applications at the concerned division.I propose to do further studies but im hindered by the lack of it.I would be greatly pleased if immediate action taken for the same.
