[Resolved]  Ignou — Assignment marks not updated/gradecard not sent

Sir I am student of BDP (B.A) I did not understand of Ignou system. I have submitted assignment for 1st year and 2nd year but I do not get assignment numbers so my marks are pending and uncompleted. So I request u to help me to resolve my problem.
