[Resolved]  Illegal Hunters — complaint

Dear & respected Sir,

Their is a illigal construction in janta market vikharoli East kannamawar nagar No 2,Mumbai -400083 .maximum shopkeepers unauthorised construction in his shop against actual area .

kindly visit this area & take measurement to all shops. what setting they has done with local police station.kindly take a needfull action

Our Omkar Co-op. Hsg. Society is the Registered , Inspite of all residential and comitee member Objection , all shopkeeper is doing Unauthorised construction on road as well as all spaces are avialable in society ground they are cuted green trees and constructed shop.now they are going to constuct one + one without any permminssion BMC Mhanagrar Palika and Mhada.

I would like to say that the construction raised on that land is illegal.

For your reference i attachted some picture of shop its illegal constuction.

I say that due to that construction too much in convenience is caused to the residence of omkar CHS LTD ‘s members.

Two months back, I have submitted a complaint in BMC ( Mumbai Mahanagar Palika ), asking for Demolition of Illegal construction. But, BMC has not taken action, as yet.
Whenever I visit in BMC office, they do not give satisfactory reply, and do not take action.
Being the direct sufferer, I want to demolish the un-authorised construction immediately.

Trees determine rainfall and replenish the atmosphere. As more water gets put back in the atmosphere, clouds form and provide another way to block out the sun?s heat. Trees are what cool and lates the earth?s climate in conjunction with other such valuable services as preventing erosion, landslides, and making the most infertile soil rich with life. Mother earth has given much responsibility to trees.
The immediate effects of deforestation may not yet be felt, but if this generation doesn?t feel it the next generation and their children will be the ones to suffer. It
is the actions of the human race that can make or break the future of the planet. In the end everyone loses unless a solution can be reached. This is easier said than
done but the choices that lie ahead on this matter carry severe consequences that will forever change they way that all things live if they are able to live at all.
