Subject : regarding the unauthorised stairs construction .
Dear Sir/Madam

I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mrs Veena , house no-297 four storey , tagore garden , new delhi-110027. This is to bring you notice that ther is unauthorised stairs construction in our pocket in front of our house due to which we are facing a lot of problem like there is no parking space.

Please take some strickly action against them .
