[Resolved]  Imint — Not receiving Imint card since 8 months

I have been calling up Imint customer care for the last 6-8 months to get my imint card, but everytime they say that they will send the card in 3 days but they don't. When I call up again next week, they say there is no update on my complaint from backend team and they will get back to me in 2-3 days, but they don't get back. Next week the same story repeats. Some 5-6 times I have even asked to talk to the supervisor and the supervisor also says the same thing! I have run out of ideas now.

Today I called up ICICI bank and registered a complaint with them as ICICI is forcing me to use imint by transferring all my credit card reward points to imint. I have some 30, 000 reward points and am not able to use them because of imint. I also came to know that imint is a company which is funded by ICICI and now I am beginning to think if this is a great fraud planned by ICICI but implemented through Imint.
