[Resolved]  Imint — iMint customer care service down and login issues

Hi,
I want to raise a complain against imint that whenever I call their Customer Care number in Hyderabad, they respond that currently our service is down, hence please call after 3 hours. This has happened in every attempt I have made (atleast 5) and then I would have to recall them after some time.

Also They sent my imint card after calling and loggin request 3 times to send the card. But now I am unable to register in their site as I dont have the password and every time it says password has been sent to gmail id registered with us. But I have never received the password.

Am not sure how clumsy the site has been designed and how does their Call centre work when their service is down all the time!

IMINT — imint mobile alert

Sir,
I have I-Mint card no [protected], yesterday i had sent a sms to 121 followed by my 16 digit card no so far i didn't get any news from u whether it is activated or not kindly inform me regarding this whether it is activated or not. my mobile no [protected]

IMINT — not getting imint card

i have not received the imint card. my imint card no.as informed by icici bank credit card department is [protected]. i need immediately the card as well as pin no./password etc for utilising it.

IMINT — Fraud Company

The imintpoints the reward program partner is a fraud company. I purchased a product from them and got faulty(a damaged product) products. When I contact them they asked me to contact vendor not imint. Vendor not agreed to replace the faulty products because he did not deal directly with me. Imint is a fraud company...

Dear executive,

I have received 2nd Imint card. but not received PIN. I am not able to get the points from imint partners.

May i use this imint card as a credit card?

Suggestion to Imint guys to use some reword points for the site maintainance.

I m not receiving my imint card. The reference number given is 1108683.
I am from Bangalore. I want to change my profile with IMint. The reset password is sent to my rediffmail account, which I no longer operate. I want to update my profile, but there is no provision in their website. Also, when I call their customer care, the response is " you have pressed the wrong option".

while trying to log in it shows incorrect card details, though i key in correct card details. There is no response from customer care. It seems that the company is fooling people & is not serving / living upto the commitments
My icicibank credit card number is [protected]. I got the i.mint card number prited on my statement which is [protected]. whether it is correct. If correct, send me a card, furnish my CVC number-three digit, and card expiry date. All the information is required for redeeming my points. I request you send the above details soon. IMINT — i can not able to register login

My Name is B SURESH BABU. I can not able to register my login in IMINT site. My Imint card NO.[protected].
yes, they are debited the reward points immediately but the product not despatched but they gave a reference no. for bluedart couriers i enquire the blue dart couriers with that refrence No. but that No. is incorrect, so they are completely cheating me
The complaint is very correct. ICICI Bank isfooling people and not providing the site details as per their guidance inFAAQ's,
