[Resolved]  Imint Card — IMINT Redemption [protected]

I have a redeemed a product from my account on 03-June-08 (booked a redemption), however today i.e 08-Aug-08, I have not received any product, when I give a call to there helpdesk they say will get back to me, I followed up many times i got the same response, spoke to manager on the call and same response, these people playing with the inocent customer. There has to be some way where we can get some service

I have few reference of contact to customer care:
15-July-08 :: Spoke to Ms. Esther first, but same response and asked to give it to Maanage Ms. Mohana, SR # 355815 but same response no updates

25-July-08 :: Spoke to Esther again and no response and she promised the call back by EOD, I have not recd a call back and gave a call next day, after that I recd a call back said Im looking into you issue will get back to me ASAP.

05-AUg-08:: Spoke to Esther again for updates but still no response said that there is some problem with the system and Ms.Kavya is looking into my issue and will get back to me by this week.

08-Aug-08:: Spoke to Yusuf, when I asked him to transfer to Esther/Mohana/Kavya, he said there is no such there in the support team, c here what kind of lying these people, and asked to transfer to Manager, said Manager Mr, Khizer is busy in his work.

People please guide me is there any way I can get some service from these people.

My experince with imint is not so bad. i redeem my 2000 points through Call centre. the customer care assured me that i will get the product in 10 working days...and i received the product after 14 days.

Even though It was not so bad since i have worst experience with SBI and rediff despatching the product after 45 days.
I believe there is lot of improvement in imint service nowdays.
hence i m happy to mint.

Imint is not run by professional people it seems. During the past 6 months or so, I requested umpteen times to send me a replacement card. They never respond to mails. I made calls to their bangalore office a couple of times. I gave up eventurally!
The best way to deal with a company like i-mint is to aviod using ICICIBank Credit cards.
Reasons:

1) The gift items are non sense. They are not at all useful for common people/ life.
2) Multiple i-mint cards are registered and issued for a single person (though most of their cards remain undelivered life time). So while doing redemption online identity authetication will be a problem. This is very much likely. Technically. And you can't redeem online. Calling Cust Care is simply wasting your valuable time. So be careful.
3) Even if you have i-mint points and cards in hands; higher points to be redeemed against a very cheap item. So your hard earning money which you repay against your credit card bills is going to reward you with triffles/ invaluable items.
4) Customers who have tried their best to get the physical i-mint card in hand and yet to receive the same are not going to get the same. This is for sure. Please check the record to confirm this claim.
5) There is no physical office location of i-mint card in the country. So your effort will be restricted only thorugh phone and emails. I hope you are experienced enough with this.
6) By i-mint card; ICICIBank is simply tempting the customers to get into huge financial liabities.

Suggestions:
1) Stop using ICICIBank credit card. No transaction on the card no i-mint points conversion. Atleast you are not loosing anything. This will make the ICICIBank-imintponits business link off and imintpoints will be vanished from the market soon.
2) You may opt for other bank credit card and continue using the same. It is always better to try alternatives instead of getting frustrated by sticking to only one bank card.
