[Resolved]  Imint Card — non delivery of cards

Dear Sir

This is to bring to your notice that imint card related to my ICICI credit card despatched on 13th September 2010 from Express IT Courier has not been received sofar. The address are correct but there is no single call from the delivery person.

The details of the Airway Bill/Ref.No.[protected] despatched on 13.9.2010.

I expect immediate response on my request from your side. Kindly do the needful.

Imint Card — Poor Customer Service

Hi

I have two imint cards, as per the process we link both the cards to one and use,
[protected] and[protected], i have to link 9308 to 9100, as I am holding 9100 with me.

I have raised this concern on 12-Apr-08, your representative said, this will be done in 7 days, I gave a call on 02-May-08 SR # 236778 spoke to Mr iqbal, I am getting a same response "this will be done in 7 days", again spoke on 06-May-08 SR # 260994 with manjunath again with a same response "this will be done in 7 days" and with call back promise within 3 days, again called you on 12-May-08 spoke to Chandra Shekar S SR# 267660 again with a same response "this will be done in 7 days".

Can somebody look into this concern.

IMINT — Pathetic service

Hi,

My ICICI rewards points were recently transferred to IMNIT without any consent from us (think ICICI has taken this decision without even informing/checking with thier customers, which is a blunder!). Now I haven't received my IMINT card card till date. I have called up the IMNIT customer care number[protected] nearly six times (in the last 2 months) and everytime I get an answer that 'you will get your card in next 10-15 days'.

Looks like the IMINT is the 'worst loyality program' (not a rewards program) :-(. They don't know what they are promising to customers and how they are working. Looks like ICICI took a wrong step in transferring their points to a useless program called IMINT... Hope ICICI realize the mistake they did and hopefully correct it...Alternatively, customers should move to someother credit card slowly...

IMINT — Very Very Poor Service

iMint is the agency which accumulates all the ICICI reward points for redemption.
I called them to redeem my points but understood that hey had created 2 accounts under my name, hence I requested them to link these 2 accounts on 2nd Sep 08. They told me that it will take 7 days to link the accounts. Bcos of this I couldn’t redeem the points, the
worst part is that a client like me is unable to redeem the points nor the imint team is linking my accounts.

I even attempted to speak to Center manager Mr.Vidhan Mukerjee and looks like he is busy for the past three days and is unwilling to take customer calls. The team they have to attend clients are hopeless and don’t the attitude to help clients.

Imint Card — non receipt of docket

as per imint the docket no. [protected] dtd. 13/07/2008 has been delivered to me on 15/07/2008 (.) but i have not actually received it (.) please verify and arrange for immediate delivery (.) if delivered then please send me the scanned copy of the POD so that i can know the reciever detail (.)
My imint card no.[protected].I had ordered for Rebok sunglass vide no 66330 dt.10 Aug 09.Till today item not received.I want despatch details which is not intimated.

Imint Card — Pathetic Service

I have been trying to login to my imint account for the past 3 months . I have forgotten my password. I click on 'Forgot Password ' and message is flashed that the password will be sent to my email id .
But no password is sent to my email id.
I again mail to Imint, but receive the same response.
This is happening for quite a long time
I do not know why the password is not being sent. I want to know which is the email id registered with imint ( in case it is missplelt) and there is no reponse.

Some body please help.
This is creating a bad face for ICICI. I am not at all happy with the way Imint is providing service to its customers . We did not have such sort of problems with ICICI. Request ICICI Bank to take this up immediately with Imint.

ICICI — Non delivery of iMint Card

Dear All,
This is absolutely a pathetic service started by ICICI. Did not expect such a service from ICICI.
Initially got a message from ICICI saying that the points on my credit card is being transferred to iMint and another card will be received within 15 days. Its almost 1 year and i have not received the card. After repeated calls and mails, the iMint team agreed to issue me a new card. They sent a confirmation mail along with the courier POD number. The online status of the POD shows as delivered. God knows to whom is it delivered. Again ICICI requried 15 days to check this.
Pathetic service from ICICI. Above this, they have a wording in all the mail "We assure you of our best services always".
What else can you expect. Lets hope that ICICI introduces new such facilities atleast with proper knowledge.

Imint program is the worst points redeeming program I have ever seen. I fully agree with the person who wrote the comment.

Yes, this is the same thing happening for me too for the past 3 months. Each and every time card is dispatched and Express IT courier is returning to I-Mint saying the address is incomplete.

Even after repeated mails, no body in I-Mint is responding for mails. Is this because ICICI credit card does not care about customers because even when I wrote to ICICI, they said everything is transferred to I-Mint and should contact them only.

God knows whether I will get my I-Mint card ever.

I entirely agree. Imint has very poor response to complaints. I have also complained several times about non-receipt of their card. Everytime they say that they will despatch it in next 10 days. Those sun of those 10 days is yet to rise even after a year long wait. Sometimes I feel like just giving up the ICICI Creditcard especially since HDFC and American Express are ready to give one to me.

future card — YET NOT RECEIVED IMINT CARD

i have icici bank credit card (future card) and using it from last 2.5 years.
Could u tell me how to get imint card. i haven't received any imint card from u.
also i m not able too see my Reward point in credit card link of icici bank. Does Reward point directly transferredd into imint point/card?
i m not getting any reward point benifit o[censored]sing this credit card.
i have mailed this to imit membercare and they said they will deliver imit card within 10 working days...but till date i havnet recieved any card from them. how much time it take. they have given mi case id for my request : 618819.
So could you please tell me status of my request.

Imint Card — Non-Delivery of IMint Card

I've an ICICI Bank Gold Credit Card which I'm using for more than 5 years. ICICI Bank partners with IMINT Card for reward points and all the points earned on the card are transferred to imint automatically every month. But I've never received my imint card. Recently one and half month back, first I contacted there phone helpline and placed my Card Delivery Request. They'd given[protected] as case reference no and assured within 2-3 working days i would get my card delivered. When even after 15 days I didn't received my card I contacted them at their email membercare. They replied with resolution -

"Resolution : We have dispatched the card to your mailing address in HYDERABAD through EPIT ( speed post ) courier services with AWB no. [protected]. We request you to kindly wait for few more days and request your kind co-operation with us in this regard."

The above courier never reached me. I keep on enquiring on mail and every time they used to generate new case reference no. without bothering to resolve my issue.

After another more than 15 days I again receive resolution from them -

"Resolution : We would like to inform you that, the request for the same has been already taken and as you have not received the same, we have again taken the request. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.We have forwarded your request to the concerned team. The case id for the request you have made is [protected] , this would be required for future reference about the same. Your card will be delivered at your mailing address you mentioned with in 10 working days. We request your kind co-operation with us until then."

Now it's again more than 15 days and I didn't received my IMINT Card. I doubt whether they are actually providing services to customers or keep on fooling in their own ways. ICICI Credit Card department should also do something to check and assure customers should get appropriate services by IMINT Card and grievances should be handled with responsibility.
