[Resolved]  Immaculate Debt Management — Extorting money by giving wrong Information

I have been a customer of Immaculate Debt Management. I got two personal loans and a credit card which I defaulted due to some unfavorable financial conditions. I used to get a lot of calls from collection agents and I was very tensed and into depression. One of my friends suggested about Immaculate Debt Management, Karol Bagh. That this company can take care of my Debts and can do a settlement with the banks. I went to their Karol Bagh office and met a boy (I dont want to take names) he told me that I will have to pay Rs.4400 as one time fees for all three accounts and I will not be charged anything extra apart from this. I was happy that now I Dont have to worry about my Debts, but I was wrong and I got to know this when I got a call from the man who was assigned to me to settle my debts. He called me and told me that He can get my settlement done in Rs.30000 for my Ge Money Personal Loan for which the total amount due was 47,783.70, However he told me that I can sign a check of Rs. 25000 and will have to pay Rs.5000 in cash. I got suspicious and asked that why cant I sign a check of Rs. 30000 when all the money has to go to the bank, He told me 10 different stories about it and all of them were false. I went to their office and finally when i was adamant about cutting a check of 30000 towards Ge Money, they told me Rs.5000 is their commission, I felt I have been cheated as I was told that i will have not to pay anything extra apart from the fees. I paid Rs.4000 as commission as I was afraid that If I dont pay then I will have to talk to unfriendly collection agent for the other personal loan and credit card, when I asked for the receipt for that 4000, He said he cant give any receipt for this money. Real story started when this man who got my account settled and who was working for immaculate called me and told me that If I receive a call from Immaculate I should tell them that i have not paid any money, then he called me one day and told me that he is calling from immaculate and did I have paid any commission and this pissed me off, I found the owner of Immaculate Group on Facebook and Told him about everything done to me by his employee. He told me he will get my money back and look into it, I got some hope and went to his office next day and what I got was two receipts for that commission and weired explanation. He should have given me money back straight away as I was not told about any commission when I enrolled with this company and this is Cheating. I got so Hurt that I did not said anything to him. But now I have got my remaining to accounts my self even after paying Immaculate to get them settled. I have no personal grudges for anyone in Immaculate nut I wanted to share my bad experience with this company and would highly recommend not to deal with this as they would only Increase your Pain. As per me I should be compensated by paying me Fees back as they have been no help and they should give me the commission I paid as that was cheating and they should also compensate me for the trouble they have caused but I know its a distant dream So, I dont care about it anyways.
