[Resolved] In Style Furniture, Mundhwa Bypass Road, Kharadi, Pune -14 — Cheating Customer on every product | |||
I am new to Pune and i went to so called furniture show room In style. I spend Rs 73900 for the furniture. at the point of time they have promised me the delivery would be in one week. after wait of 4 weeks, i got the first delivery and wait was clearly waste of time. the product which was promised was not at all there. all are damaged and i really feel some of them are used material. after doing the follow up for 3 more weeks i got my mattresses where i can sleep which are Kurlon Branded even they are having lot of wholes in it. now again i tried to my level best to get my material at least but still i have not got it. its not only furniture i have been cheated with my furniture in housefull in kharadi where i bought dining table and shoe stand, reliance digital where i bought electronincs, singh motors in viman nagar for my hero honda scooter. everybody has cheated me. my question is: is there any value for the customer in india? or this is the india for the customer who is looking for good service or product for money he can pay? or the best solution would be leave india and settle in some other place? I am not sure, it has some resolution as the furniture shop guy response is: this is what we are doing for years what you can do? no justice, no customer satisfaction, no service? i feel like i should be a cop, a district collector, or a politician to get my self considered as a human by others in india. or leave india. I had ordered a furniture to these guys in Instyle kharadi. One of the guys Shamsher just gave me fake promises that the product will be delivered in 15 days as the showroom gurantees, but the delivery took them about 45 days which is far away from what they promised. The material which they sold was not fitted properly and no finishing was done- just the outer look seemed good whereas inner material was cheap. They had fitted an opening in my bed which broke due to loose finishing just in 15 days after delivery. At the time of delivery and accepting money this guy promised that any problems with the product will be taken care of by them- but in Vain this guy even avoided to take any calls from me when I asked them to come and fix out the problem. These guys just work for money and no perfection of work is seen. the customer rating to this shoppe is 0 as whenever I went visiting to that shoppe I always foun some or the other person complaining about the poduct or complaining about the late delivery.

Instyle furniture is a big big fraud furniture showroom in Pune. We had ordered a dining set on 27th april with a stupid guy named Shamsher who promised to deliver the set on a week.He even took 40% money as advance and assured us that we can cancel the order if we ll not like the finished product. After that even after 5 weeks we are still to get our product.The guy Shamsher never picks the phone nor did he revert back. We have visited the shop n number of times to ask about the dining set. Every time that person has some new excuse and tell us to keep ready our order in 2-3 days...On asking about cancellation, he insists us that we have to buy the dining set in any condition. We are mentally tired and frustrated with this way theirs. I wondered how this shop is running with these fradulant people there.
I just want to know how and where can i register my complain about being cheated up.

InStyle Furniture is INDEED a BIG Fraud. And if there is an admin to this forum then my sincere plea is to take some action against this person who is all about getting money from people without any liability to deliver any services.
I placed my order to Shamsher for Rs. 1, 20, 000 for which I paid Rs. 50, 000 advance on 17th April. This guy committed that everything will be ready and delivered by 5th May (after 15 days) however when I called up on 5th May. He asked for one more week of extension. After that I just kept on calling him and he never used to pick phone. I finally started calling office phone and they kept on giving me one focal to another (namely Arif, Babloo, Mahesh, Ganesh, Ashu and now Aslam) however none of them had any clarity on what is the status of order. On 26th May, after I litrally shouted the hell on them Mahesh told me that he will take fresh order to deliver my goods. However, we didnt get any response from him after that. We continued calling him and he assigned Ashu to come to my house and take new measurements as they have lost all the drawings and designs. From past 1 week, I was waiting for this person to come. Now, today I went there to find out that Mahesh has also left for Mumbai and there is a new person called Aslam who does not want to listen to me.
I hope there is someone in India who would take action against these goons who smartly swoop hard earned money from people.

Never go to InStyle Furniture Kharadi, pune.. They are real Chor.. I have ordered bedroom set .. Arif was the sales person who took the order. He promised me that the it will be delivered in 3 weeks, all fake. After doing lot of folllow up my order was delivered in 4 months and that too it was having lot of scratches and the finishing was worst. I went to the shop and found that the sales person Arif has left the shop.
Another Salesperson Shamsher told me that he will send his carpenter to do the correction but Shamsher is aslo a lier.
Still I am doing follow up with them but they are not responding.
Can someone take the action and seize the license of this cheater shop.
Humble Suggestion: InStyle is a real cheater. Never purchase any furniture from this shop.

I should have read these reviews before placing my order with INSTYLE furniture. Shamsher is the guy who took our order for a sectional sofa. We spent so much time and energy in sitting there and finalizing the design and then the fabric. He took the order and promised to deliver in 20 days. Came home for the measurements and took 15000 advance. Big mistake. It was promised to be delivered by 6 Aug and its 21 August today. He does not take calls, phone is switched off. I am surpirsed for how long this is going on. I mean come on! What is everyone doing? We gave him a check which he got encashed. So we have a proof. We are going to the consumer court to teach him a lesson. Lets all unite and teach him a lesson. Our Chalta hai attitude lets such cheaters get away everytime.
I'm in total agreement with reviews of In style furniture.They are cheaters and have taken advance from me for sofa set promising to deliver in 1 month but its 3 months now and no delivery has happened.These guys displayed their product at an all-India level exhibition and we thought its reputed brand.But turns out to be a big cheat with no proper customer representative in Pune .We have been given multiple contact nos. and no one has responded so we went to their shop and their again we were given false promise of delivery.
Can we all initiate a group to give these guys a proper lesson so that they don't dupe customers.
