Income Tax Department — wrong date of birth

The date of birth in my pan card is wrongly printed as[protected]. My actual date of birth is[protected].

The name of in my pan card is wrongly printed as BYASADEB MEHER. My actual date of birth is BYASADEV MEHER.

I am Hari Shankar Sharma, applied and got PAN card, in which Date of Birth was entered correctly as 13/7/1988, but when I went to verify, on a query received from one of a Bank to whom I applied for a loan, found that my date of birth was wrongly entered as 14/07/1988, but all other columns are matching. Where I should complain to get redressal. My PAN is CWPPS6965P, The matter is most urgent, as I have to correct the wrong entry and get the loan sanctioned.

If you see in my driving licence copy the name is "Chandubhai Godadbhai Panchal.

The tax amount was 6 % of the prize amount i.e Rs. 76, 800 for which you have deposit it into the account of Mr. Rajendra Pandey A/c. no. [protected] at State Bank of India. I deposited the amount in installments on
25/03/2013 – Rs. 5200
26/03/2013 – Rs. 15550
30/03/2013 – Rs. 25000
02/04/2013 – Rs. 30000
Of which I have bank deposit receipts as O/C, on 03/04/2013 i.e. Wednesday Mansoor Ahmed Khan called me on my cell phone and said that his company manager, Mr. Abbas Khan is demanding bribe of Rs. 30000 for my prize transfer amount into my account and when I refused to pay bribe amount and told him
to handover the cell phone to his superior he told me that his superior officers won’t do anything in this matter and I myself am the owner / proprietor of the company . I told him that I will go by law to get my amount in reply told me it won’t even help you out of this matter. My tax deducted amount is lying with the company as their black amount, so please raid them and help India Government.

I have not yet received income tax refund of last year. I went to Office Twice to check. (Udyog Bhavan, 5th Floor, IT department, Gandhinagar, Contacted Mr. Rathod). Staff is neither coming on time. Both time I went at 10:55 & 11:10 am. Person handling my case was not available. They always come late. Upon complain, they said "This department works like this only". They didn't care to reply. Only thing they said that "Money will be credited in your bank account only". This way they insisted us not to come for follow up indirectly. I am an old retired person and can not visit office so often. Please launch my complain officially and instruct for investigation.

I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. I am conveying my messaged that I didn't recieved my courier and confirmed my address again and again to your curstomer care center but they just assuring me that your courier will be deliver today nothing else. I am contacting them for a whole week(from 10 nov.2008 to 17 nov 2008). And they are still showing the courier will be delivered today and when I seen on your web site the status is showing excepting Address is not complete and return to Origin. And when I talk to them again they told me they have recieved the mail and the delivery person told my no is switched off. And when I talk to that person he told he was confused in my address. I am recieving lots of mail on the same address and never got any complains regarding my address and he is telling that he is confused. If he is confused then should n't he call me on my no.

An Pan application was sent directly by Mrs.Dhanashri to NSDL, Baner as per advice from Madam Anita via email, as this application was for Mr. Mohan .M. Farne, Sangli resident, therefore it was sent directly by Trackon courier Consignment note No.[protected] dated 12-10-10 with all required documents attached and a D.D. No.936626 dated 11-10-10 for Rs.94/- of Dena Bank was also attached. The envelope was received at NSDL, Baner on 13-10-10, but till date there is no acknowledgement no. provided. All emails & mobile nos. were given in the covering letter and the application, but we have not heard anything.

If the application was not accepted, it should atleast be sent back immediately, as it contains D.D.

There should have been a email from them but that is not even sent.

Kindly help me in this matter.

This is with regards to misplacement of PAN card for which i request you to issue a duplicate copy of the same. Applications for two PAN cards were submitted by me paying an amount of 134.00 on 23.11.07, requesting the concerned person to get both the cards at your UTI office (Vellayambalam, Trivandrum) so that i could collect the same from him. He gave me an acknowledgment receipt[protected] and[protected] and told me that i could collect both the PAN cards withing 15 days from your office. After 15 days when enquired about the status, i was informed that both the cards are in the office and i need to search them out from bulk of cards which have arrived from Mumbai. After spending a long time searching for the cards, unfortunately i did not find both the cards. The concerned person then provided me both the PAN Nos
(AGEPV7745B – V. Rajan and BPWPS9778B - Lathika) from the internet site and informed that the same was despatched from Mumbai and he shall keep me posted about the status within one week. After a week he informed that the cards has been lost and for applying a duplicate card i have to undergo all the procedures i.e. have to pay Rs. 134.00 and have to wait for another 15 day.

For no wrong reasons of a customer why should a customer be penalized. Why should I undergo all the procedures once again. It was a real pain walking into your office , performing the task which your people are supposed to do as to searching the cards and till having no details of the same. For all the pain a suffering that i underwent i would request you to look into the matter at the earliest and and arrange to get the PAN cards on a urgent basis.

When I checked with first flight couriers using my consignment no they,,told that since my adress was 10 km away from patna,,and it does not come under their service area,,pan card was returned to the origin office.. I have received Pan card through courier containing a paper & a PAN card. The paper states my details and PAN alotted to me ALFPA0411P, .
