I am an employee of a public sector company at Raipur.
As per the form-16 for the year 2007-08, i should get a refund of Rs 14000 plus.
I have filed my returns through CA in july 2008, and even after one year of submitting returns, i have not received the refund check. How to register a complaint in IT department so as to get the refund quickly.

I have claimed income tax return for the financial year[protected]after your circular regarding cut off in percusite tax) in sept.2008 but still not got any response from income tax office.As people who have applied for refund during that period have got their return in Dec, 09.

I have been advised through the IT website that my incometax refund cheque for assessment year 2010-11 has been despatched by speedpost on 13.04.11. I have not received the cheque till 24.04.11. My PAN is ABXPV5434B. On tracking movement of speedpost, the message is 'no information is available'. email sent to IT department is returned as 'failed to deliver'. Advise me for followup.
