[Resolved] Income Tax Refund — Refund not received for 2007-08 | |||
My refund pay order was returned back on[protected] because of " my House was found Lock " To postal department. ( No Intimation ) given by post to me. Then I had contacted Income Tax officer of my ward. He told me to contact SBI Refund department, and now nothing in his hand. In Between this period I had changed my residence.Same time I had informed income Tax department about change of my address to do necessary changes. Against I contacted both the concerns I tax office and SBI refund department, but nobody claiming responsibility.Guide.. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is to bring to your notice that I have filed my income tax returns on 2007 08.Till now i have not received the refund. I had gone to IT department more than 4 times.
The repeated answer is that within 15 days it will reach your house.
Kindly look into the matter seriously.

Hi,I have not received Income tax refund of Rs 19443 for Assessment-year 2007-08.
Return was filed, in circle-7 of Praptikar-Sadan-Erandwana, Pune, Maharashtra on 27th July 2007.
When should I receive the refund, I think it should be with interest on the refund ammount.
